Terms of service.

1. Overview

Gilded Coquí (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tailored web design, mobile app development, branding, and creative services rooted in culture, faith, and excellence. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

We offer, but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Mobile app design and development

  • Branding and logo design

  • Graphic design

  • Strategic consultation for digital presence

All services will be outlined in individual proposals or project agreements prior to commencement.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, drafts, and source files created during a project remain the intellectual property of Gilded Coquí until final payment is made.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables (logos, website files, app code, etc.) will transfer to the Client.

  • Gilded Coquí reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • Projects are invoiced based on agreed milestones, packages, or hourly billing as outlined in the project agreement.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before project commencement.

  • Final deliverables (including websites, apps, or branding assets) will not be handed over until the balance is paid in full.

5. Revisions and Project Timeline

  • The project scope will define a number of included revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

  • Timelines are contingent on Client responsiveness and timely provision of required materials.

  • For mobile app projects, timelines may vary based on third-party approval processes (such as App Store or Google Play submission reviews).

  • Gilded Coquí is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or policy changes.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

  • Deposits and payments for completed phases of work are non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Delays in feedback, required content, or access provision may impact project timelines.

8. Faith and Values

  • Gilded Coquí operates in alignment with principles of integrity, respect, cultural authenticity, and faith-led creativity.

  • We reserve the right to respectfully decline projects that conflict with our core values.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Gilded Coquí is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, security breaches, or third-party service disruptions.

  • We are not liable for delays or rejections resulting from App Store, Google Play, or other platform review processes, or for ongoing maintenance unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted to our website.
